Create a New Customer

Customers are known as subscribers in the DASH automation portal. The process to creating a subscriber is very simple, with you just required to enter the mandatory fields.

It is important to note that the following fields should not be edited when creating a subscriber to avoid the risk of errors when it comes to provisioning services:

  1. PBX Reseller Name
  2. SBC Account Name
  3. IPND Location ID
